Minglewood American Stout
Introducing Minglewood’s first in-house brewed beer! This dry American Stout is light and creamy with a roasty and chocolate finish. A slightly dry bitter finish is from a healthy addition of Centennial and Horizon hops that leave you thirsty for more.
Minglewood American Blonde Ale
Made with American Malts, Yeast, and Hops, this brilliantly clear Blonde Ale has a malty backbone with a sweet and refreshing finish. It’s a light sessionable beer brewed with the recent craft beer converts in mind.
Minglewood American Brown Lager
A light, smooth brown lager with a crisp lager finish. This is a clean beer with a smooth mouthfeel, light roastiness and small hints of caramel.
Minglewood Belgian Blonde
A golden hued brew with a rocky white head. This blonde has a hazy appearance from the addition of Belgian yeast which remain in the beer contributing their signature flavors of banana and clove. The malty backbone takes a backseat to the mild spicy flavor of a late addition of Willamette hops that pair very nicely with the Belgian yeast character.
Minglewood Kentucky Common
The crispness typical of a lager, smooth and light, with a creamy mouthfeel and a dry finish. This dark amber beer is best consumed at a warmer temperature where the creaminess is more pronounced. Originating in Louisville, KY, it’s a pre-prohibition beer that dominated the market in the Midwest at that time.
Minglewood Tropical Pale Ale
A single hopped pale ale that was inspired by the brewers first taste of Mosaic hops. This beer has a fresh cut mango and citrus taste that is a signature of Mosaic hops. A small addition of rye malt gives this beer a spicy dry finish that compliments its light lingering hop bitterness.
Minglewood Wheat
Traditional American Wheat. 50% wheat malt and Willamette hops. This has a lemon nose and a cracker, bread crust taste that pairs very well with our pizzas.
Minglewood Irish Stout
This is a roasty beer with hints of chocolate, toffee, and caramel yet it tastes light and creamy with a dry finish. One can enjoy a few of these pints as it is a low alcohol stout.

Minglewood Cape Rock Pale Ale
Mellow, citrusy and a hint of a malty backbone. This is a medium to light body beer brewed with Columbus, Horizon and Flaconers Flight hops.
Minglewood 2.0 IPA
This American barley wine has a sweet candy-like aroma with notes of citrus, peach, and plum. Centennial hops decorate the sweet caramel flavor and linger long into the blushing finish.
Minglewood Pumpkin Ale
A great Fall and Winter beer with pumpkin and spices that resembles your mothers pumpkin pie. Only better! Made with 100 lbs. of 100% pure pumpkin puree to give this beer a truly authentic pumpkin taste.
Minglewood American Kolsch
Our Americanized version of a Kolsch. Extremely crisp, clean, light, and smooth. Very subtle hints of hops and a very dry finish.
