20 months in the making and Minglewood Brewery is open for business!
Well…almost.
We so badly wanted to be open the first weekend of October that we had to put the kitchen and brewhouse on hold to complete the bar. I know, I know. Putting the brewhouse on hold! What were we thinking? It was a tough decision but this way we can be open for homecoming.
So only the bar will be open on weekends starting October 3rd and 4th. We’ll be closed during the week to complete construction on the brewhouse and kitchen and then open the doors again every Friday and Saturday until the construction is complete.
And yes, we will have one of our beers on tap when we open. It’s our Tropical Pale Ale (TPA). But not to worry, there will be more of our beers to follow. In the meantime, the other 11 taps will house beer from some great local craft breweries until our brewhouse comes online.
We think that taking this extra time on the brewhouse and kitchen will only make for better beer and better food!
