The kitchen is open. You heard it right kiddos. Minglewood is now serving food during lunch and dinner. Our pizzas are extremely fresh, seeing that we roll our dough to order with this really heavy rolling pin. Seriously…it’s really heavy. We also have appetizers, a couple of salads, and baguette style sandwiches. Check out our Facebook page as we will continue to post more pictures of the food.
As for the beer front, we’ve brewed four beers in the following order. A Stout. A Kentucky Common. An IPA. And a Blonde Ale. The Stout could be on tap as early as this Saturday. We’ll roll out the other three as soon as they’re ready. And don’t worry, we’ll have more to come after these four. Including our Firkin Fridays. So stop by for our Pint and a Pie!
